Budget Backrooms

First-time project in Unreal Engine 4. This is what came out, Budget Backrooms.

Non-procedural levels, goofy ahh AI's, and stolen sounds from freesound.org. I would appreciate it if you play it, give some feedback here and yeah, enjoy!

The development and sweaty update side of this game can be found on the Discord Server (even though the server is dead).

Nice game!

I enjoyed playing your game. It had a very interesting gameplay and a pretty nice polished UI.

  • Are you planning to publish this game on Steam or some indie game store/page one day?
  • Do you plan to add multiplayer of some sort any time soon? Like a role for the monster and many roles as players.
  • Are you planning to "improve" the jump scare animation? :)))))

Other than that, good job! Your first project is very nice. As a small tip for the future, try to keep a naming convention for the assets that you use through-out the game.

Paid plugins solution?

Are you planning to do something about the ones that are very poor(me) and can't afford to buy plugins, which wants to try something on the game?

me can't build becoz no moni for:

pliz help rakesh for end war.

For DiscordRichPresence, I propose a solution: you would need to write your own solution for it, which I don't think is very hard to do as Discord GameSDK is pretty easy to get up and running in C++. You just need to expose some blueprint functions and link them with a C++ blueprint of some sort.
