High number of remote calls

Hi David,

Thanks for this superb SDK. It makes working with the Ebay API so much easier.

I'm currently profiling the performance of an internal API I've created using your SDK to search Ebay. I'm seeing quite slow response times and, looking into the profiling data, I'm seeing numerous CurlMulti requests sent for just one findItemsAdvanced API call. I've attached a screenshot.

Is this expected behaviour? Can you point me to where your SDK created the cURL handles?

MarketingOperations file not updated

It seems that some wsdls_meta files are no more updated. E.g. in the MarketingOperations for the BulkCreateAdsByListingID operation the provided url is campaign/{campaign_id}/bulk_create_ads_by_listing_idand not ad_campaign/{campaign_id}/bulk_create_ads_by_listing_id

How can we regenerate this wsdl_meta files?

Code generation based on OpenAPI

Code generation for the SDK will use the OpenAPI files that eBay provide for the Restful services. Code generation for the XML services will use custom OpenAPI files created for the SDK.

The solution will be PHP based instead of the current XSLT solution.

No documentation?

Is there any docs or method reference ? at least a little hint would be helpful.
