Google calendar invite attachments fail

Google calendar invites give MIME type: text/plain, then uses utf-8.

On line 213:

-        with open( filepath, 'a' if part['type'] == 'text' else 'ab' ) as file: 
+        with open( filepath, 'a' if part['type'] == 'text' else 'ab', encoding='utf8' ) as file:

would make everything utf-8 output, or check to see if utf-8:

        try:
            with open( filepath, 'a' if part['type'] == 'text' else 'ab' ) as file:
                file.write( part['content'] )
        except UnicodeEncodeError:
            with open( filepath, 'a' if part['type'] == 'text' else 'ab', encoding='utf8' ) as file:
                file.write( part['content'] )      

I'm not a good programmer, but hey.
