Update benchmarks to go through Source64 interface

Right now the benchmarks call directly the Uint64() method of the PRNGs, except for the built-in rand.

// should be:
var i rand.Source64 = &xorshift128.Rng{}
n2 := i.Uint64() // interface indirection

This is to make sure that when comparing benchmarks of Go's built-in PRNG with those of this package, we get meaningful results.

Implement Jump functions for xorshift / xoroshiro

Remork API to match the new Seed64 / Uint64 in go 1.8
