Verify symbols for autorun listing bot

New way to recognize listing

Type 1

Binance will then list Tokocrypto (TKO) in the innovation zone at 2021-04-07 13:00 PM (UTC) and open trading for TKO/BTC, TKO/BIDR, TKO/BUSD and TKO/USDT trading pairs.

Type 2

Binance will list Ellipsis (EPS) and Auto (AUTO) in the Innovation Zone and will open trading for EPS/BTC, EPS/BUSD, EPS/USDT, AUTO/BTC, AUTO/BUSD and AUTO/USDT trading pairs at 2021-04-02 9:00 AM (UTC). Users can now start depositing EPS and AUTO in preparation for trading.

Type 3

Binance will list Nervos Network (CKB) and open trading for CKB/BTC, CKB/BUSD and CKB/USDT trading pairs at 2021-01-26 12:00 PM (UTC).

There are more types but some general solution can be found. Fix regex accordingly

No auto gate io log

Since subprocess wasn't working, I have made a class for logging binance trades seperately. However, right now the program doesn't log gate.io automatically. Fix this

Meme module checking for multiple coins

Multiple coins at the same time can be checked by pump and dump.
According to api limits:

Total allowed weight per minute is 1200.
Using get_symbol_ticker()
which makes use of this
all coins can be checked at once for pump and dump situations to send memes 😜

Documentation for Linux

Since twisted module had to be installed differently for windows, separate steps are required for setting up an environment in Linux based systems. Also at the time of this issue, python 3.9 isn't listed in the ubuntu repositories. This should also be kept in mind given that Luna was made with python 3.9, however many of the functions still should work. A detailed mention of these in the docs should be made.
