What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

  • Explore existing MUI components and templates

  • Read documentation for Berry template

  • Explore the components within the template and modify them to fit our project

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

  • Project failed to build after integrating the template in.

  • Released API key by accident in a commit.

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

  • Develop user stories to help define clear workflows

  • Look into the default state of the reducer

  • Showing the buses when a bus stop is clicked
  • Added interval fetching so bus locations are updated in real-time
  • Fixed mobile search so the website now works in mobile view

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

  • Implementing the coin tracking mechanism and/or authentication
  • Fixing a couple of bugs and improving the UX on bus capacity reporting

Mockup homepage design

Mockup a homepage which shows the navbar (home and about page), full-width map, logo and sidebar with favourite bus routes

  • Integrating the Atlas MongoDB with our upcoming back-end
  • Creating a barebones bus-capacity reporting mechanism
