Missing icons and other resources

The header is close to the menu dropdown and looks crowded.
It is not noticeable on other pages as they have shorter text lines.

There is lots of space before the chart.

Square at the end of the info message

I tried another ending for the msg but a square was displayed, that's why I opened an issue in the Ionic repo

After latest fix:

navigation issues

There are inconsistencies in navigation resulting in a lockout bug for swiping to next
and previous page.

It appears the behavior design is:

1. Use only the -> and <- arrows will take individual steps
2. Use swipe will move from slide to slide

e.g.

However, at code navigation I see this:
NOTE: two different font sizes

At some point the swipe navigation fails and I get stuck on this page.

Pull up the menu and navigate out, but then swipe no longer works.
