This appears to be a hang when calling the gRPC stub function for the WalletLoaderService.OpenWallet RPC a second time. There's a good chance this is a hang in the dcrwallet RPC server so I'll start there.

Confirmed. The wallet process is attempting to open the database twice and this causes the hang.

Once the dcrwallet fix is in, the required RPC semver needs to be bumped here so we know we are connecting to a patched wallet server.
