2024 format parsing issues

Adding a ticket here to note this just in case.

I added some fixes to deal with updates to the 2024 output based on the Word version, which I'll submit as a pull request. One remaining issue is that the Time field wasn't effectively captured, but the Time: <timestamp> text seemed to be concatenated at the end of the reviewer name field. Probably just a parsing tweak but since we were on a short time frame to do the RoR I skipped it in the output as IMHO it wasn't absolutely necessary for the review process.
