Breaks on NixOS 24.05

Options for the PostgreSQL module have changed in NixOS 23.05, so the current module breaks on it. IMU, only a small change is needed to fix it:

 services.postgresql = optionalAttrs (cfg.database.createLocally) {
   enable = true;
 
   ensureDatabases = [ cfg.database.database ];
   ensureUsers = [
     { name = cfg.database.user;
-      ensurePermissions = { "DATABASE ${cfg.database.database}" = "ALL PRIVILEGES"; }; 
+      ensureDBOwnership = true;
     }
   ];
 };

Not sure though how to make it conditional on the version of Nixpkgs.
