reader-download.py will check a specific tag in Google Reader 
for updates, if there is a .torrent,  it will download it and open it with
the torent app of your choice. If it's not, it will simply download the 
file.

Seperate directories can be specified for saving .torrent files and
any other files. This way you can also download feeds with non-torrent
enclosures.

Usage: reader-download.py [options]

Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -u USER, --user=USER  Google Reader username. Will prompt if not specified.
  -p PASSWORD, --password=PASSWORD
                        Google Reader password. Will prompt if not specified.
  -t TAG, --tag=TAG     Tag in Google Reader where the torrents are located.
                        The default is video.
  -l TDIR, --torrent-location=TDIR
                        Directory where the .torents should be saved (without
                        a trailing slash). The default is current working
                        directory.
  -f FDIR, --file-location=FDIR
                        Directory where non .torents files should be saved
                        (without a trailing slash). The default is current
                        working directory.
  -n, --no-prompt       Flag indicating whether or not to prompt before
                        downloading files.
  -a APP, --application=APP
                        If specified, an application will be used to open the
                        .torrent file.
