Boot times of runtime/proxy instances are now in the 2 - 4 minute range across all regions. This is a huge improvement over the 10+ minute boot times we were seeing before (mostly due to buildstep).
We now have a nice process for creating and distributing new Deis-optimized AMIs. Just as important, users who want to build their own AMIs from scratch have all the instructions they need.

Bootstrapping a new Deis controller is down from 20+ minutes to 8 minutes 👍
