Add a default loot threshold when setting a master looter

When setting a master looter, it defaults to uncommon/green.  Set it to a more 
sensible default.

Allow configurable loot level for master looter

Currently it is always set to "Epic", allow the user to specify

invite fails when you invite more people than your current party can hold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Invite more people than your current party can hold if you are not in a raid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: The first person in converts the party to a raid, all people are 
invited

results: Only the first n people are invited, the remaining cause a "Your party 
is full" error

Auto-raid conversion is unreliable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /rcli invite ereyni delphyne mithrael azarie infamoos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see a raid with 6 members.  Instead, 4 people join your party, and 
raid conversion does not always happen.

Swap fails to recognize the second party member

What steps will reproduce the problem?
/rcli swap ereyni delphyne
Where both ereyni and delphyne are in the part

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the two members to swap raid positions, instead you get an error 
stating that delphyne is not in the raid.
