Move application logic to lib.rs

Move application logic to lib.rs so that better tests can be written.

It could also open up the possibility of different views in the MVC structure, such as Iced, Tauri or Egui.

Add money to player

Add a pot of money that the player starts with.

They should be able to put bets and lose or gain money.

AI Players

Add AI players that always hit when their score is below a certain value.

Github Action that produces an executable

Add a Github Action that makes a release with the executable game for either Linux, Windows, Mac or whatever you like

Support for more spots on board.

Add struct for the board, where players can bet on different spots.

Either if the player puts bets on several spots or if empty slots are filled with AI players.
