EMP Benthic Data

Betsy is going to generate tables for publishing, will likely be in long format, CPUE occurrence data only, with some associated tables for site locations and number of grabs. Betsy and I will work together to get it published on EDI since she wants to learn more about the publishing process

Bay Study Fish data

Call with Jillian and Pascale on 8/13

going to publish the fish count (likely wide format), fish length, station, and tow tables on EDI. Will also publish the species code lookup and any other lookup tables that are more than a few rows long. We also discussed publishing scripts associated with calculating effort. Some QA issues that the team is going to look into (eg: reporting species as unknown when it was really something else)
