Too many markers for javascript to draw
The number of impressions (~1.6 million) well exceeds ability of Leaflet MarkerClusters ability to draw on the map. Even if using unique impressions (~450,000) or rounded after 3 decimal points (~150,000) exceeds advised limit of 50,000 markers.

Proof of concept shows that 150,000 is possible w/out crashing Chrome, but cannot draw all markers in a reasonable amount of time.
Broken axis not working on production, while working on testing
Probably has to do with order of js asset loads. Async is probably not helping on production.
