when calculating new timerId on line153,should it be something like this:
targetIndex := wheel.CurIndex + int(offset)
since int(offset) < slotlen,no need to offset mod slotLen
属性功能 需要考虑如何更好的对同级模块进行支持
现在的设计在同级模块有点尴尬，考虑这种情况：
A功能模块有N个槽位，其中每个槽位都需要配置类似 提高槽位生命百分比 这种属性，那么现有设计则需要将每个槽位都视为独立的子模块。这样无论是从moduleId可维护性的角度，还是编码的角度来看都很不友好
