1. One-time setup: Install eslint-cli globally with npm -g i eslint-cli
2. Once per repo: Install eslint locally with npm i eslint -D

Install Dependencies and Start App

Open PowerShell here as admin and run: npm install.

Start app with nodemon: nodemon app.js.
