FEATURE REQUEST: Connect mobile wallet to LNBank account via lndconnect and fund account with on-chain transaction

  1. Allow a new user to create an account on a host BTCPay Server via /register and present the user with the lndconnect/equivalent qr code.
  2. Present the user with an on-chain address provided by the hosts' internal wallet.
  3. Credit the new users' LNBank account.
  4. Allow host to set base fee and fee rate individually for the 'channel' between the new user and the host node in the server dashboard.
