InsecureRequestWarning: Unverified HTTPS request

First off, awesome plugin!

I get the following error anytime a request is being made to dockerhub:

deoplete-docker/rplugin/python3/deoplete/urllib3/urllib3/connectionpool.py:858: InsecureRequestWarning: Unverified HTTPS request is being made. Adding certificate verification
is strongly advised. See: https://urllib3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/advanced-usage.html#ssl-warnings
InsecureRequestWarning)

Have you seen this before?

The following change causes it to go away, but doesn't seem like an ideal solution.

The urllib3 docs have a guide for how to set up certificate verification, but I haven't tried following that guide yet.
