Breaking: Remove success callback for a node-standard callback argument

Property callexpressions should check that the object is a ref to the module

For each dependent,

• find the var name mapped to the current module
• find all non-property call expressions with that name
• OR find all property callexpressions where the function name is the function name and the object is the variable mapped to the module

Current implementation introduces false positives where another object in the dependent with the same function signature results in a match

Supply the line number as well?

Take inheritance into account

Inheritance needs to be accounted for in who calls a function. Parent could call an extensions method and parent is not a dependent .
