I think .stack can be handled separately.

Good question. My guess is that they behave the same, so yes, it should handle the function too. But I would do a bit of testing to see if they do behave the same before committing. I.e., take the same DataFrame and see if the function and method return the same thing.

Looks like they work the same, just have to specify the dataframe as a parameter for the function. The AST syntax also appears to be the same, so my PR should handle either case.

There is no stack or unstack function outside of the dataframe.
