Generic Branch Activity Log

derek3 Added use of localStorage for persistent chart data. Set up additional bars on graphs and did minor styling.

derek2 Finished mvp build for day 11, implemented event listeners, chart and all supporting js code. Basic css styling.

derek1 Filled in general structure, got hung up on genThreeRandoms js function but finally got it figured out.
