$interpolate:interr... console error on dashboard relative to timeAgo filter

The filter works, in that it displays the expected value, but there's still a console error being thrown for some reason. It may be relative to outdated Angular, not sure. #2

main navigation breaks when scrolled on Dashboard or Pool screens

To reproduce, scroll up the Dashboard or Pool screens and then with the page content mid-scrolled try to use the main navigation. Payouts screen works fine, so I think it's related to the charts library somehow.

DRY up charting and filters code, add commenting

Basically clean up the rushed alpha code

clean up filters for a consistent use of e.g. appending "/sec", "TRTL", etc.

right now there's a mix of string parsing for times and amounts - needs to be consistent throughout before the project grows much larger

Upgrade Angular to final 1.6.9 release

This would be the first time I've upgraded an Angular core for an existing project, so any help is appreciated. If no one is up for it then my plan is to just upgrade the JS files and see what breaks. :) Current version is 1.2.21 in the project.

automatically view pool with highest hashrate

Per @owzen#2179

automatically change the pool which your phone checks? As in, if Hash rate > 0 then view that pool

Not sure exactly how this would work, just logging the feature request for now.

internet connection check

A global internet connection check is needed. An alert dialog saying something along the lines of "NO internet connection detected." could be displayed in the case of no connection.

show the height of all the pools in their current state

Per RockSteady:
"Does your app show the height of all the pools in their current state? Sometimes I look for a list of pools so that I can see who is syncd with the network and if there is someone more than 3 blocks away from the main chain it would be great if they could have a warning icon or something"

overscroll bug on payouts screen

The first time this screen is opened, if you have enough payouts to cause the content to overflow / scroll then you can't scroll to the final entry in the list. unless you scroll down to it twice, and then the second time around it scrolls the header out of the view, so the main navigation disappears
