I am receiving the following errors:

Some changes has to be made for 2022

The changes I have made:

Renamed old age.txt and phase.txt
Made new age.txt and phase.txt
Adapted moonback.sh. Changes are commented.
Left README.md unchanged

error related to date string

I get:

I don't know how to fix that. But I do love this idea, and thank you for it.

That first NASA link in your README leads to a page not found

Small glitch corrected

Hi!
The attached version includes a correction of the URLs for the low resolution.
It was me, who changed them to the ones for high resolution by mistake.
