I'd probably want to sit down with you on this, but your 139 line main loop can possibly be cut down a bit.
197-199 can be cut out into its own function (maybe even as far up as 193),
202-211 can be split out into its own function,
After the if statement on line 231-232, you can put lines 233-238 into its own function.

That won't cut it down a whole heck of a lot, but it might help for readability.

The while loop at 134 with the if statements might look evil to some, but it's how I'd write that out. :)
