ASPxMenu - How to support subitem opening and page redirecting on tablet device browsers

This example demonstrates how to support page redirecting and opening the item's sub item list by clicking a menu item. Clicking an item text area causes page redirecting. Clicking any other item's area causes opening a sub items list
This approach is useful for tablet devices if according to scenario requirements both features are required.
