Don't understand where this fits into the TestCafe flow

I'm just starting to use TestCafe as an alternative to Webdriver.io so forgive me if the answer is obvious and I don't see it.

Could you provide an example of how this would be used? Does it need to be included in the test file before a fixture is defined? Is it put in its own file and fired off using the --app command? Any guidance would be most appreciated, thank you!

The createWorkers function clears the browsers argument object

How to run index.json

May be it stupid question but i am quite new in automaiton. please guide me how can i run my test using workder , not able to ccreate worker giveing http error. Can any one help me in this

Update the TestCafe configuration, add servicePort1 and servicePort2 instead of servicePort
