New MVC

Create a project folder.

From inside the project folder, open PowerShell here as Administrator.

Run:

dotnet new mvc

Add additional files:

• README.md
• .gitignore

Run

dotnet run

CTRL-C in the window will shutdown your service. Restart after making changes.
