Break Up Connect Section

I was creating an issue to add the Keybase link because I didn't see it at the end there until now.

I suggest breaking it up into something like...

I think the intentions of someone emailing are different than someone just curious about the industry/profession of developer relations.

This could even be a call to action button or something like that, but that requires more CSS and markup as far as talk of any potential design system goes.
