Change transform signature

# this
$ csv-tr -t '{ ...row }'

# instead of
$ csv-tr -t 'return { ...row }'

Replace `index` var to to `line`

Instead of having an index var to represent the line number, its easier to remember a line var

# this
$ csv-tr -f '$line < 10'

# instead of
$ csv-tr -f 'index < 10'

Rename `row` to `$`

Saving cli space is always sweet.

# this
$ csv-tr -t '{ ...$ }'

# instead of
$ csv-tr -t '{ ...row }'

Be able to pass a javascript file to the filter and transform functions

Often I have found the logic of a filter / transformer not only can be constant but also complex.

After a few neurons I feel a good solution would be being able to pass a file where we could address our complex / steady logic.
