HOT Export server

Accepts a JOSM preset for describing custom tags and a custom bounding box.

Outputs jobs and tags found. Jobs can be re-run.

Formats include:

• pbf
• SQLite / Spatialite
• PostGIS sql dump
• Zipped shapefiles
