AlarmCallback Plugin should be able to execute plain bash scripts

Currently only scripts can be executed by the plugin. However, sometimes it might be favourable to just execute a plain bash/shell script. This could be implemented by specifying bash as the scripting language (instead of something like javascript).
There is a problem with that, as a bash script can only accept command line parameters (and not message objects as it is implemented for scripts). This means all the parameters of a message would have to be supplied as separate command line arguments.

dfchBizExecScript.java: static variable declaration prohibits mulitple plugin instances

In dfchBizExecScript.java the variables that hold the scriptEngine and scriptContext are declared as static. this means that the plugin can only be loaded several time when the same script engine and files are used. Furthermore there is not synchronisation on variable access. This should be fixed. Until thenthe plugin should only be loaded once.

Method Not Allowed
