Inconsistent license and copyright information

Copyright must be beginning from 2011 (and not 2013). Update all files with this accordingly.

Update wiki pages with current inline help from Cmdlets

The wiki pages are not yet updated with the current inline help from the various Cmdlets.

Invoke-CteraFileTransfer: excessive logging

Currently Invoke-CteraFileTransfer creates three log entries on every invocation. This leads to excessive log entries and does not give much information. Therefore this should be reduced, e.g. response count can be removed and timing should only be shown when request is slower than nnn s

Logging depending on amount of time taken should be configurable

Currently some scripts like Invoke-RestCall only log its output when the total run time of the script is more than 1000 ms (see #3).

This should be configurable via a module variable (see LogThreshold) ...

Inline help for the Cmdlets is available but should be enhanced with examples.

Invoke-CteraFileTransfer: usage is not clear/consistent

The current interface is not self-explanatory. Examples should be added.
