Don't add MathJax config script

When exporting a markdown file, the following is added at the top:

<script type="text/x-mathjax-config">
MathJax.Hub.Config({
  tex2jax: {inlineMath: [['$','$']]}
});
</script>

This should be handled by the site using includes.

Export external files properly

When a notebook generates images (such as plots created with Matplotlib), the exported png files are properly stored in the assets folder. This does not apply to external images, such as those imported in markdown as

These files are not moved so they are not shown in the final markdown.
