Streaming video using python sockets from server to client with controlled
fps. After each second, we predict the emotion from sent frame using
opencv and deepface library. You can controll how much fps to send
the video to client.
simply, run python server.py 30 if you want to set fps to 30.
otherwhise it will be the maximum your camera can generate.
