The line numbering currently is not/barely visible with light themes.

App lags and ultimately hangs with a huge single line of text

This is most likely a problem with the Flutter engine. Migrate to Impeller when it is stable.

There currently isn't an application icon. Although assets includes a picture, it isn't set for any platform, they use the default flutter one.
