Transparency Issue for model command

If you try to run a model with transparency, the image won't be returned in Discord with transparency.

Due to how AAI works with OpenCV - most likely won't be fixed until AAI itself supports it.

Issue with Semantic Segmentation Models

Throws an error relating to the wkhtml code.

Cog Emoji Issue

There will be an error when trying to use cog commands - the bot won't have access to the emoji

Solution:

1. Invite the bot to my testing grounds
2. Add the two emojis to another testing server and update the code ones

Model Categories

For whatever reason SemanticSegmentation and PoseEstimation don't exist in the API.

Asked in AAI Discord - waiting on response

Model extra arg issue

If you try to use *m <model> "string", an error will be thrown. Super simple to fix.
