Improving Navbar

I want to improve the UI of navbar @dikshantrajput

Improve responsive view

Improve interface for mobile view e.g. nav bar

No "Load More" for contributors less than limit per page

If the data is less than 10 (limit per page), should not display Load More button.

Fix alignment on header

Add hacktoberfest 2022 logo image in Header

add hacktoberfest logo in the header on the left side in place of "Hacktoberfest React"

Arrange the cards in flexbox and other style enhancements.

I want to do some styling enhancements like adding flexbox making header more readable etc.

Fixing footer to the bottom of the page in light mode.

Everything is right in dark mode.

But,
when someone switches to light mode footer changes its position and comes up from its original position.

Fix buttons, box-shadow and make dark mode default

Any one wants to pick the issue up. I will assign to him/her

Change color contrast for Light/Dark mode for whole website.

When footer anchor tags are hovered, the text color will change to white, as dark blue is rarely visible in dark mode.
