Add difficulty levels

Time related and tasks difficulty related

Compress audio

On the hosted version 40MB of downloading audio without indication is a terrible thing to do

Add options

Required options:

• sound controls
• difficulty level (time limits and difficulty of tasks)

Fix possibility to remain in the game scene after loss

Probably related with buttons still having binded actions and overlapping main frame with its action

Make heartbeat monitors animated

Center text in the UI

Show timer

Show remained time until death

Reduce audiofiles lengths to use only one beep which would be called in the moment of the heartbeat

Add highscores

Add visible state of the current health

Add buttons animations and correct/wrong answers highlighting

Add timer even for the first question

Add positive game ending

Values should be big enough for this not to be too easy. Also depends on the implementation of #11

Fix sound switching issues

Death sound not stopping after exit into the main menu. Some other issues with sounds not changings, not stopping

Improve graphics

Add restoring of health

Change heartbeat to the procedurally generated image

Fix timer not always triggering
