dsp-py-lib's Issues
Some variable names or functions collides with builtin functions name, for example here:
def DTFT (x , n , range , num ):
The function range()
is a builtin Python function. This is not good and it should be replaced with some other words.
Dear everyone, my dear workforce, please go to DSP-matlab-lib then convert these .m files to .py for me, please:
Bonus , please go to this link then convert all .m files to .py files for me, please!
As I can see, this project emerged from it's matlab sibling and you're considering implementation for R as well. Can you consider uniting them into one single repository instead of separate ones, so that it's easier to track the library in each language.
The current code base doesn't follow PEP , which is a good practice for formatting Python code.
Here are a few changes I would like to give:
Use docstring instead of comments. (PEP 257)
Use 2 empty lines between functions and no more than 1 within a function. (PEP 8)
Modules should have short, all-lowercase names. (PEP 8)
Function names should be lowercase, with words separated by underscores as necessary to improve readability. (PEP 8)
Like the title.
Since image just is 2D digital signal, should we make some functions or tools to help usin Digital Image Processing?
Need this signal in BasicSignal.py asap
