Enable apache modules

Hi,

I need to enable headers module in this images, but Isee there is no way to enable the same way we can enable new vhosts, with a volume.

My proposal is to create a file where we could write the modules that we want to enable in a list, cat them an enable them.

docker-compose won't start twice: "httpd (pid 13) already running"

When i run with docker-compose, it seems run fine first time but not second time. Because it seems keeping the previous process ID
