I see that both dita-ot and dita-ot-base used to tag the version. Now it is just the latest. This has caused a few issues for me and my colleagues when we try to update our base that is off of the dita-ot-base and the version of dita changed to an unsupported version.
Can we start tagging based on the dita-ot version again? I would keep updating the latest like it has been, but having a version that won't change is really nice.
