R code used for the analysis for the paper "Comparative analysis of molecular signatures reveals a hybrid approach in breast cancer"

hybrid_signature_analysis.R: This is the file with the main analysis.

patient_ids.test and patient_ids.training: These are identification numbers to reproduce results on the same patients as selected in the paper.

randomSignatures: This file contains the gene names and corresponding statistics for 100 additional random signatures.

selections: This file contains gene name selection for the competing signatures.

suppl_100_random_signatures.R: This is the analysis of 100 random signatures provided in the Supplemental Material.
