No Text on Song Select with Case-sensitive Filesystem

With a case-sensitive filesystem - the default for Linux and some releases of OSX, and a configurable option on all OSX versions - a java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException is thrown when loading the songwheel.

##Steps to reproduce:

• Install Beatoraja and Project Shoko on a case-sensitive filesystem.
• Access the songwheel.

##Cause:

The skin references fonts/bitmap/Artist_0.png, which is distinct from fonts/bitmap/artist_0.png if the filesystem is case-sensitive.

##Fix:

Either rename the font file to Artist_0.png, or change the skin to reference the filename in lowercase.
