Add Target for SwiftUI

Nice to know how to do this three ways: Storyboard, programmatic, swiftUI

ScrollView is really choppy for playback

I think I need to get all the AVPlayer assets loaded and configured before allowing it to play. Like don't allow play until the duration is assigned and loaded.

Add favorite somewhere on screen

Make favorites useful and make them work

Remove blur when modal is dismissed

Currently have a "working" blur for video preview, but it doesn't dismiss.

Video Preview does not work in Playback a Recorded Video Target

Description:

I am unable to preview a video that I have just captured. I can confirm the video successfully records (it is in the photo library). Also that a URL is created post capture session.

This repo has another target AVPlayerLayer Video Playback (yea it's an awful name, sorry), that demonstrates video previews as a modal. Also the URL that it uses is a generic one.

Reproduce the bug:

Run the target Playback a Recorded Video (this repo has three targets, and this target is the most refined so far)
Accept alerts for recording
Tap the recordVideoButton (one with video icon)
Tap again to stop recording
Tap again to start recording (Note: This is also buggy, not sure why I have to record video twice to get the preview layer to appear, but this is a red herring for now)
Tap again to stop recording
Preview video controls appear
Tap play button
Confirm no video is played

Ideas why it's happening:

Does Apple allow you to preview a video that is in a private directory. ie: am I setting up a video that I'll never be able to access since it lives in the photo library?
