Temperature averaging not achieving expected resolution

Leaf reports average of 2048 temperature ADC samples but these tend to "stick" at half-degree F increments, corresponding to the single-sample ADC 1-bit resolution.

Power Audio Feedback Should Be Silenced in a Dark Room

This should at least be a config option.

Hub should not acknowledge messages when no listener is connected?

Otherwise, leaf does not know that it is disconnected and needs to request a new config.

Device sometimes stops cycling

Symptom is that the LEDs are inactive and no messages are received by the hub.

Power cycling fixes the problem (therefore a watchdog reset would also be effective).

Seems to be related to a weak wireless link? At least, I never saw this with a strong link and now it has happened twice in two days when the hub is further away from the device.

TODO: look at possible ways the device could crash after receiving garbage config data. Could this be related to the fact that the hub records "config reloaded" when it should be "invalid config"? (ie, device is using config that it knows is invalid?)

Watchdog timer should reset device

If the leaf does not reset the watchdog once per ~3s cycle, the MCU should automatically reset itself.

It would be good if the MCU knows it was reset like this and can transmit this status info to the hub after it resets.
