Problem with ipv6

Hello there and thanks for extension .
I understand plugin is made 5 years ago , but we are facing with problems regarding to ipv6.
Detals .
'Invalid IP address: '2607:fb90:8492:4495:c3ae:bf9c:a6b9:a784' in /var/www/html/op/protected/extensions/geoip/GeoIP.php:577

but in the docs there is ipv6 database too so we assumed there is a way to specify both databases instead of one .
Is there a way or we should look up for new solution?

Graceful error / "other" option in case no match can be found in the CRN map

Following up from our discussion in the comments on the extension page we discussed it would be great if an "other" option could be created, or, a graceful error could be shown (my idea now) in case no match can be found in the CRN map.

Sorry for only opening this as an issue and not as a pull request, but I'm not familiar with the db structure of the dat file, so I'm not sure how exactly the country and region codes are, or could be called with someone visits the site, hence I wouldn't be in the best position suggesting an actual code change. So I just put it here for you to think of it, and work your magic ensuring this does not occur to others.

As a reminder, the error one of our users received was the following:

Undefined Index: MT

... at line 4519

return self::$crnMap[$countryCode][$regionCode];

Apparently there was no entry for Malta in the CRN map.

CHttpRequest::getUserHostAddress() is not static

When PHP is in strict mode, CGeoIP.php#L90 throws an error. It should be

$ip = Yii::app()->getRequest()->getUserHostAddress();
