Support Ruby Native

First thanks for the wrapper.

I was wondering about the option to adding support so that the generated gem package will be cross platform (not to be platform specific).
My suggestion is:

1. Under: ruby_snowflake_client.gemspec
   s.platform = Gem::Platform::CURRENT to s.platform = Gem::Platform::RUBY

2. Somehow add inside the GEM building process the libsnoflakeclient source code so libsnowflakecliet will be built as part of the native extension build process (and not outside of it as it is now).

In order to make it happen I think need to invoke the script build_libsnowflake.sh from the native extension (generated) Makefile (the one which created as part of calling ext/ruby_snowflake_client/extconf.rb by the rack build)

I'm not saying that this is the right practice (sure I can't find similar examples) I do wonder if the direction sounds right.
