Could you expand on your use case a little bit? Does make essentially just run commands from a makefile?

Usually make not only compile build from makefile but shows errors in quickfix as well. So why not to use common make command if we want to get global errors in the quickfix list as a result of compilation?

When I have extra time I will look into this method - I didn't know about the :make command in neovim until now, so thank you for sharing this information!

I did another scan of the docs and don't quite think this fits the architecture of the plugin as it is - if you have ideas I'm open to feedback and PRs.
